Our SERVPRO of Des Moines East & SW Marketing Representatives, Nick and Paul, recently had the opportunity to get out of the office and into the sun! The team was sponsoring a hole at the Central Iowa Claim Association, CICA, 2022 Golf Outing. Something that we are trained as a marketing team is the power of super connecting and the importance of keeping up with industry-leading professionals. The Des Moines Marketing team was able to see people they had previously associated with or even make new connections. Our SERVPRO of Des Moines SW Marketing Representative, Nick, had the honor of representing his location at the 2022 Iowa Funeral Home Directors Association Convention. During this event, Nick talked with Funeral Directors from across the state about the services we can provide for their clients if needed. Our Sales and Marketing Representative, Nick Vivone, spent some time with the SERVPRO of Ames, SERVPRO of Blackhawk/Decorah, SERVPRO of Davenport/Bettendorf and SERVPRO of Moline/Rock Island. The teams went to the 2021 Iowa Agents Associations Annual Meeting. They spoke with the farm bureau agents about the services we provide and our Emergency Ready Program, and how it is beneficial for homeowners. Nick enjoyed working alongside other franchisees to help promote our company.

Our Des Moines Sales and Marketing Representative Nick Vivone, pictured on the left, had the excellent opportunity to participate in the Mutual Insurance Association of Iowa’s Conference. During this three-day event, he worked alongside Ottumwa’s Sales and Marketing Representative, Jesse Pedrick, to speak with managers and agents to establish a beneficial relationship with this insurance group. During this event, our team talked about our Emergency Ready Program and the multiple services that SERVPRO provides.
We want to ensure that the documentation is done thoroughly so that the insurance adjuster can close the claim for the client. For example, we use technology like Matterport that allows the adjuster to take a step-by-step 3D view of the job site before we start our work.

One of SERVPRO of Des Moines SW & East newest additions is the Matterport camera which gives the capability for 360 degrees of photos, creating complete floor plans. These 3D floor plans build a virtual reality experience, so it makes you feel like you are in the property. This is storytelling method lets people better access the source of the situation as well as assess damages.
